FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
DO YOU BUTCHER YOUR OWN MEAT?
No. Our meat is processed in a USDA inspected facility in North Carolina. It is slaughtered, dry-aged, cut, vacuum-sealed, and frozen under the watchful eye of a USDA inspector.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS GRASS-FED?
Our animals spend 100% of their lives on pasture, grazing our diverse 100 acres, constantly rotating pastures. In the last few months of theirs lives, our beef are given some grain mixture to help with marbleing.
DO YOU USE GROWTH HORMONES?
No, we do not use any supplemental growth hormones in any of our animals.
DO YOU USE ANTIBIOTICS?
No, we do not use any antibiotics on our animals.
DO YOU DELIVER?
We do not currently offer full delivery; however, you are always welcome to reach out to us and we may be able work something out!
DO YOU ALLOW FARM VISITS?
Not at the moment! We are a working family farm, which means we don't normally have the people avaible to offer tours. However, we are hoping to have a few farm days in Summer or Fall 2025.

We are located at the Waxhaw Farmer's Market every Saturday from 9-12!

Yes! We currently offer pre-order pickups in Waxhaw and in Matthews/Mint Hill. Check our our Home page or our Order page for more information.
